Being new to the area and dead stuck in Ballina, I called about 14 mechanic’s but they all said my vehicle cant be fixed in one day. Called Ballina Car Centre and spoke to Jake on the phone, explained my situation as we were on the way to Sydney for my Dad’s 60th, even though he was flat out, he made a spot for me, we then met Mark, the former owner of the business, he is one of the most stand up blokes I’ve ever met. I’ve been to a lot of mechanics and have never received this level of honesty and integrity. Unlike the big companies, these boys won’t charge you more than what is required and they always had my personal best interest in mind. They worked on my car from 12 in the Arvo till 8.30pm at night, they really wanted us back on the road. I highly recommend there service with full confidence they will fix your car and get you back on the road at an honest and fair price. From the first phone call they were really friendly, informative and knowledgeable, and the high level of customer service continued throughout all my dealings with them. These mechanic’s are very skilled and extremely passionate on the work they carry out, I have never been so impressed with a car mechanic in my entire life, A HUGE thankyou to Mark, Mel, Jake, Nick and Cam, Mel does amazing steak Sanga’s too, such lovely people, very hard to find honest people these days, do yourself a favour, and take your car here !!!!!!!!!!

Ballina Car Centre replaced the turbo in my Mazda CX5 when nobody else would do it due to the size of the job. They were fantastic, very friendly, professional and kept me informed during the repair process. I highly recommend them.

Attended for a blue slip . They were more than happy to fit my job into their work day . They completed the job in a timely and professional manner . Furthermore… unannounced to me I needed urgent assistance with my car to remove the old QLD licence plates due to stripping of existing screws. I phoned them and told them of my situation and they were again more than happy for me to come by and for them to attend to my vehicle to remove the old QLD plates and install my new NSW plates , all this done in-between jobs and free of charge too. This kind of service is so nice to see from a bunch of young guys. I will definitely recommend to anyone looking for down to earth decent mechanics with a kind attitude to the customers .
